With a long vented stainless steel handle plus an extra riveted helper handle to assist when lifting it is generously sized at 28cm (4.3 litre capacity) to cater for family sized meals. Oven proof to 260 degrees it comes complete with a tempered glass self basting lid to seal in juices and flavour whilst allowing for viewing the contents.
